Workforce Development Through Sustainable Construction Program Director will oversee the skill and capacity development of 10-15 program participants each year through a culturally responsive education model. Program Director will develop a complete cohort schedule that maximizes participant learning to include sustainable construction skills, homeownership and finance training, professional soft skills development, tailored individual and group counseling,interpersonal and emotional development, and other training as needed in order to meet program objectives and ensure participants meet goals outlined in their individual success and individual education plans. Program Director will also oversee the management and development of the Workforce Development staff.
