GENERAL PURPOSE:
We are looking for a full time sales person to help launch a new CBD retail operation in Rapid City. Our ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly and willing to answer questions to help educate customers on the benefits of using CBD to live a better life.
The Retail Sales position is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience in store & online by making eye contact, smiling, and greeting all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treating fellow Associates with respect, efficiently following all company best practice standards and ensuring proper merchandise presentation. The Retail Sales position is expected to be engaged in these tasks as assigned during all working hours, and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the Store as business needs require. The Associate may be requested to perform additional tasks in specific situations, if performance of these tasks will help achieve our goals.
STORE HOURS:
Monday - Saturday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to understand a wide array of CBD uses & benefits and is able to explain the both to customers in an educational & supportive manner. Training provided.
Treats all Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy; is friendly and professional at all times.
Assists Customers in any way necessary to include: register-trained, assisting with merchandise, answer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner, greet all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying "hello" throughout the Store as well as saying "thank you" with every register transaction.
Provides prompt and efficient responses to Customers at all times. Responds to Customer Service calls immediately. Handles all Customer issues in a courteous and helpful way.
Represents and supports the Elemental brand at all times.
Maintains a professional appearance, and adheres to Elemental standards at all times.
Performs other daily duties as assigned.
Receives new merchandise with a sense of urgency to ensure inventory is up to date.
As a representative of Elemental, demonstrates integrity and honesty in all interactions with other Associates and Customers. Safeguards confidential information, cash and credit card information, and merchandise.
