Job Summary: This is an outdoor sales position. You will be calling on homeowners. This position is responsible for customer relations with all of the customers and for their sales generated compared to the goals set by management. This includes accuracy and profitability of estimates, installation requirements, communication of all materials needed and other job requirements to the appropriate people and the ultimate satisfaction of the customer. This position must become knowledgeable of all products and services. Answer phone and make door to door contacts as necessary. Pay is based upon a weekly draw against commissions based upon Gross Profit for the job. Commission paid on deposit and final payment of job. Develop details of roof for quoting purposes
Qualifications: Roofing Sales experience would be preferable, Sales experience, detailed orientated, basic math skills and computer literate. Ability to meet sales and other goals set by management. Pleasing personality, good communication skills and appropriate appearance. Have no fear of heights.
Mental: Basic math skills, ability to use Excel and Word, work without a lot of close supervision and good verbal and written communication skills.
