This is a year-round, full time opportunity. This is a traveling job leaving Monday and returning Friday.

We climb cellular structures to measure them (no construction) and take pictures. Climbers work in teams of two. One climbs the tower to measure and take pictures, the other receives (via two-way radio) the measurements and enters it into a tablet computer. Climbers travel to numerous locations in the United States throughout the week. Success in this role is determined by efficiency (time and locations are tracked), safety and accuracy.

Average annual pay for first year climbers: $45,000-$50,000
REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: (NOT negotiable)
5+ years clean driving history and a current drivers license.
Experience working outside.
High attention to safety.
Ethical, honest, trustworthy.
12-14 hour days.
Add, subtract and interpret measurements accurately.
Self starter - motivated, willing to get up and take responsibility to get work done.
Continuous and consistent work history.
Communicate in English clearly - both written and spoken.
Great attitude (to everyone - and anyone)
NO DUI, Reckless Driving, Speeding 15-30 over or At-fault accidents
