Job Summary

We are hiring a full time Customer Care Representative. Our current shift hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm but the hours and days are subject to change. The Customer Care Representative takes customer calls, responds to emails, and responds to live chats. Duties include helping customers find parts, placing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues with orders. Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Duties

Answer sales and customer service calls

Respond to live chats and emails

Help customers find the parts they're looking for

Answer customers' questions and explain company policies

Place orders for customers

Identify and resolve issues with orders

Process order returns

Track status of orders

Nonessential Duties

Work in the camera room

Work on miscellaneous data entry projects

Receive and ship parts

Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge and Experience

Strong computer and typing skills

Excellent communication skills verbal, written and listening

Appliance Parts knowledge (helpful but not required)

Strong Internet Search knowledge

Experience with Mac OS (helpful but not required)
