To help meet the growing demand for long-term care, Good Samaritan Society – Sioux Falls Village provides long-term nursing care, inpatient rehabilitation therapy, outpatient therapy, memory care units, assisted living, independent living, housing with services and town home services on its campus.
Sioux Falls Village is located in the growing southwest area of Sioux Falls. The 177 long-term care unit will celebrate 50 years of service and the 32 bed assisted living unit will celebrate 10 years of service in September.
Your role for the position
Provide resident care, document health needs and changes, assist staff RNs and leadership
Help with daily care needs of senior residents
Help residents to meals and faith services, checking blood pressure and other vitals
Assist with activities of daily living such as dressing and showering
Be a listening ear for residents.
