This opportunity is for an experienced Construction Project Manager with an emphasis in Custom Residential Homes (Full Design-Build is in-house), remodels, and commercial projects. This position is for someone that comes from a background known for precision and premiere craftsmanship. The homes typically will start around $1 million and regularly go north of $5 million when the projects are completed.This is a family owned company that is a full Design-Build company that is unique because they do not subcontract out all of the work for their homes. They keep skilled craftsmen in-house, so they're able to bring the same high-quality custom work to every project.This person will ideally have grown up and learned through construction experience working as a carpenter.Qualifications:
MUST have experience managing projects successfully. On-time and under budget consistently. The more projects managed at once with the same track record, the better.
MUST have experience successfully managing and coordinating all phases of the construction project life cycle.
Strong ability to maintain working relationships with clients/customers, vendors, and all other internal/external members of the projects.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate tasks and ideas to various individuals throughout the course of the projects.
Pay:
100% Depends on Experience!
$23 - $35/hour OR MORE D.O.E.
