Monitor data integrity and deliver routine reporting.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Use dashboards to monitor data and process integrity. Partner with subject matter experts (SME’s) to resolve data issues

Use dashboards to monitor system workflow health. Partner with task assignees to resolve unassigned tasks, overdue tasks, and workflow exceptions.

Complete workflow tasks allocated to system administrators

Deliver cyclical compliance and executive reporting

Maintain organizational structures in HRIS including supervisory and location organizations

Work with HRIS Analyst to identify development needs to improve data and process integrity

Assist with inter-departmental data integrity questions & concerns

EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or related areasEXPERIENCE:4 year degree or commensurate experience. At least one year administrative experience in HR, Payroll and/or Benefits. Previous administrative experience with HRMS systems desired.COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:Strong attention to detail

Disciplined approach to completing recurring daily tasks

Ability to understand inter-systems connections and recognize impacts of issues to those connections

Skill reviewing audit history and diagnosing root cause of issues

Must have excellent customer service skills

Must have excellent analytical skills

Must be able to effectively communicate in writing, on the phone, and in person

Adaptable to change at a fast pace

Must be able to work effectively with diverse personalities and maintain professionalism when working with employees and vendors

Strong numeric skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, ability to navigate Internet and Intranet
