It all begins with you.Deposit & Settlement Operations (DSO) division is committed to leveraging our team, technology, and partners to make things easy for our customers while being personal, helpful, and mindful of risk. The DSO Division includes six production/ support groups who ensure our customers and partners always have an exceptional experience.DSO is currently seeking two (2) dynamic Operations Managers 5. One leader will oversee the Portland, OR site and the other to oversee our Sioux Falls, SD site. Each manager will lead a team that consists of approximately 7 direct reports, 30-40 indirect reports, and additional contractors. Within a high volume and fast paced environment, the Deposit Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for end to end processing and handling of all Wells Fargo N.A. Elder and Dependent Financial Abuse filing, Interest Reporting, Bankruptcy Account maintenance, Court Blocked Account maintenance, Service Member Relief Act (SCRA), Safe Deposit reporting, IOLTA/RETA reporting, and Funeral Trust reporting.This manager will be responsible for the overall operational performance of a large functional or geographical segment of the company. Operations represent moderate financial risk and performance has some impact on the group and possibly the company. Typically manages middle managers. Participates in the development and implementation of long-term strategies, policies and technological advancements. Develops and implements strategies for own segment. May be known as an in-house authority for technical, operational and/or processing functions that impact other groups, areas or activities.Additional work performed will include:Transformation

9+ years of operations experience demonstrated through work or military experience

6+ years of management experience in an operations environment demonstrated through work or military experience
