The Crooked Pint Ale House in Sioux Falls is seeking an experienced ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER. This position will report directly to the General Manager and involve all operations of the business. Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered for an interview:
Ability to act as an ambassador for the vision, the brand and the direction of the company
Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that leads by example from the top down
Experience in training staff and using online training platforms to adhere to company standards and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of current HR laws and best practices
Emphasis in ongoing training of Team Members
Ability to establish and maintain adequate pars and order product accordingly
Knowledge of inventory including month-end processes related to inventory reconciliation, confirming sales revenues and appropriate allocation of costs of goods sold.
Ability to manage the guest experience by providing guest and staff service support to resolve issues and to help our company exceed guest and staff expectations.
Attend manager meetings coordinated by General Manager
Ability to identify and coordinate special projects as needed.
Experience with Restaurant365 and Hotschedules is preferred but not a requirement
Requirements:
1-3 years management experience in a similar concept
Night and weekend availability
50-55 hour work week
Serv-Safe Certified recommended
