The ideal candidate is someone who would like to grow in their career doing framing, windows, siding, roofing and other construction related work. Would also like individuals looking to grow into a leadership role in the future and possibly manage a team of workers as job sites.
Pay is 14 to 20 dollars an hour (depending on experience).
