Cliff Avenue Upholstery & Restoration in Tea, SD is searching for an upholsterer/trimmer to join our team. You would be working with 2 upholsterers directly, our lead trimmer has 40+ years experience & would be your direct contact. Responsibilities:
Complete Auto Upholstery & Repair
Convertible Top Installation & Disassembly
Convertible Top Repair
Headliner Replacement
Replace Seat Covers & Cushions, Carpet, & Interior work on Auto, Marine, Motorcycles, & Aircraft Interiors
Foam & Cushion Repair & Rebuilding
Interior Dying
Execute Additional Duties as Assigned by the lead upholsterer
Requirements:
Ability to use hand and power tools safely & efficiently
Ability to work with vinyl, leather, foam, rubber, adhesives, and other materials as necessary
Ability to perform independently as part of a team
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to complete tasks independently, with little supervision.
Creative ability to solve problems & fabricate designs from concepts
Ability to cut & follow patterns
