Join the Legal team at Guzman y Gomez (GYG) and help support one of Australia’s fastest-growing restaurant brands!We’re looking for a Casual Paralegal (1-2 days per week) to assist with day-to-day legal operations from our Hola Central office in Surry Hills. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you’ll work across franchising, commercial agreements, and general legal administration.What you’ll do:Prepare and issue franchise and commercial agreementsSupport franchise transactions and liquor licensingManage document filing and legal records (SharePoint, DocuSign)Conduct research and assist with general legal tasksAbout you:Studying law (min. 2 years completed) Detail-oriented, organised, and proactiveStrong communication skillsConfident with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systemsWhy GYG:
