Job Description

As a Strategy Programme Management Office Administrator, you will support Platinum Management Committee (PMC) on specific transformative initiatives that require integration with a significant impact across multiple executive-level functions and with a defined end-date after which the programme is complete/transitioned to ‘business as usual’ with line responsibility.

You will also help,

  • Provide PMO management with the information and analytics in support of project execution
  • Provide relevant administrative support to team members as required incl. administration of project management tools like Scientrix or SmartSheet or similar
  • Assist with document production in PowerPoint or Word and perform document quality control as required and manage information filling and ensuring document management
  • Perform project value and progress tracking and report on any deviations from targets/plans

Reporting to the Strategy PMO Manager, the role will be based at our Johannesburg corporate office, at aBand 7 level.

Qualifications

  • A relevant tertiary qualification

Experience:

  • 3-4 years’ experience within senior projects environment
  • Knowledge of functional PMO processes
  • Knowledge of project progress tracking application e.g. Scientrix and/or SmartSheets
  • Proficient in communication with multiple stakeholders at different levels and draft programme or project related communication
  • Advanced skills in using Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
