Revenue Manager

The Role:Novotel Sydney International Airport Hotel has a very exciting opportunity for a Revenue Manager. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a high performing team environment.  In this role you will report directly to the General Manager and liaise with Regional Revenue Manager and Hotel Department Heads.What will you do?Work closely with the Director of Sales to maximise revenue and achieve targets.Analyse market and hotel specific trends in order to accurately forecast future demand and apply strategiesAscertain and implement the ideal business mix for the HotelEnsure optimal presence for business opportunities through brand websites, third party websites, CRO and GDSUse your strong analytical skills to correlate data from multiple sources.Create and analyse reports, and utilise these results to make strategic decisions.Utilise Opera PMS, EzRMS, OTA Insight and the Accor distribution system on a daily basis.Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
