Job Description
· The key responsibility is to sell all Bosch commercial products direct to customers.
· Proven track record of securing specified orders as well as specification breaking projects.
· Manage Mechanical and electrical contractors on large-scale projects, ideally within the HVAC large plant market.
· Responsible for the management of our largest accounts and liaising with all internal Bosch departments where appropriate to fulfil job role/accounts needs.
· Involved in all aspects of the project sale across the whole Bosch portfolio.
· Proactively support and develop the technical understanding of sales, training, technical services, product management.
· Work closely with the southern sales team to ensure Bosch specifications are protected. Business Development Managers will assist in specification breaking
· Work closely with the southern team to ensure area targets are met as well as individual targets.
Qualifications
Qualifications· In depth knowledge of HVAC commercial market and the full sale process.
· Proven sales ability within large Mechanical and electrical organisations
· Experience in dealing with estimators/project managers/design teams/buyers/M&E merchants.
· An ability to communicate effectively and work closely with the wider team.
· Work as part of a team as well as individually in order to meet targets.
