DescriptionRelocation assistance will not be provided for this position.Overall PurposeThe Digital Marketing Specialist will help develop the analytics, strategy, and content related to digital and traditional marketing as part of MicroPort Orthopedics’ overall Marketing Strategy. The role will also own the creation, management and execution of our Regional/Local Patient Marketing Programs. This role requires an understanding of KPI (key performance indicators) metrics, traditional print advertising, marketing automation platforms, social media channels, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search & social media marketing, and email nurture campaigns. This role will focus on optimizing marketing campaigns using existing digital channels (e.g. Google, Bing, Facebook, and YouTube) to drive surgeons to our digital platforms, and patients to our patient education resources and the offices of our surgeons for consultation. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Specialist will help to identify and evaluate new opportunities for expansion (e.g. Amazon remarketing ads).This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement and work closely with the marketing, sales operations, finance, accounting, IT, and medical education teams as well as a number of other cross-functional colleagues. Principal ResponsibilitiesLead the creation, management and execution of our Regional/Local Patient Marketing Programs

Help develop the appropriate strategy, processes and analytics to optimize the performance of each stage of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) pipeline and funnel. This position will leverage a variety of digital and traditional tools and programs to seek out and engage potential consumers and drive them through the digital funnel toward conversion.

Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and report out on a regular basis.

Design, implement, and measure A/B testing for digital campaigns.

Manage content creation for all patient-focused materials.

Excellent understanding of digital marketing with specific experience creating a customer journey across web and e-mail channels.

Hands-on experience developing and managing strategic and tactical digital marketing programs.

Commitment to staying on the forefront of new digital strategies and technology.

Highly quantitative and metric-driven.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Invigorated by constant change and continuous improvements in conversion rate and other KPIs.

Basic graphic design experience (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop) or willingness to learn is a plus.
