As theAVP, Regulatory and Accreditation Services, you will guide, support, and assist with education, training, and mentorship for CMS regulatory, accreditation, and survey readiness activities. This includes clinical quality, patient safety, care management, infection control, organizational performance, and compliance. You will collaborate with the Hospital Operations Quality Team and local facilities to advance safety, quality, clinical processes, and regulatory compliance, achieving positive patient outcomes while serving as a coach and mentor.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert for regulatory and accreditation.

Conduct Survey Readiness Assessments (SRAs) to evaluate performance and compliance.

Provide resources for accreditation, CMS Conditions of Participation, performance improvement, and patient safety.

Analyze compliance with standards and care delivery systems, engaging staff in discussions to identify improvement opportunities.

Prepare and communicate SRA reports linking deficiencies with organizational risks.

Ensure leaders are updated on TJC/CMS and other accreditation standards and requirements.

Support organizations in developing and implementing improvement plans and disseminate best practices.

Provide consultative and educational support, mentor new quality directors, and participate in other assigned activities.What you’ll need:

Education:Master’s degree required (RN with a master's in healthcare administration/management or related field; PharmD considered).

Minimum of 7 years of healthcare experience with at least 5 of those yearsserved in a managerial/supervisory or leadership role

7 years in quality, patient safety, regulatory, and accreditation

Strong background in healthcare quality required and current professional license required

Ability to travel 75% of the time

CPPS and/or CPHQ certifications preferredWhy choose us:
