We are looking for a Bilingual Professional to join our Customer Support team in Brentwood, TN. Successful candidate will be very Social Media savvy as they will be supporting one of our Social Media clients in the Bay Area.

About the positionOur client is looking for a strong communicator with high energy who is ready to help provideexcellent customer service. The ideal candidate has prior professional experience in a fast-pacedtech/social media company, working with customer service or account management. Beingpassionate about the social media industry is a huge plus!Responsibilities Manage and maintain on-going customer relationships by updating account information inour systems and resolving customer service issues Administer our customer service system (Zendesk) Analyze and interpret data such as business metrics and historical trends Offer Suggestions to management based on customer feedback Prioritize and escalate issues as neededQualifications BA/BS degree 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or account management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment Experience with Zendesk or other CRM systems Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely and effectively with membersacross departments Organized self-starter with the ability to build relationships and communicateproduct knowledge Team player, but able to work independently to reach common goals Prior start-up or tech/social media experience preferred Experience working with social media/influencers is strongly preferred Experience working with Trust and Safety policies is strongly preferred
