Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.ROLE SUMMARYThe Contract Lead, Corporate (Indirect) will be located in Nashville, TN and is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and contracting in support of non-hydrocarbon, 3 rd party (Indirect) spend across Delek’s Corporate Functions. The role directly executes contracting and sourcing activity to ensure the safe, reliable, cost effective delivery of goods and services in alignment with Delek’s strategic objectives and corporate growth plans. Is responsible for executing on SCM strategy by optimizing spend, leveraging the supply base, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance to regulatory standards to meet Delek’s Corporate needs. Specifically accountable for execution and delivery for all souring, contracting and procurement activities across IT Software/Hardware, Bank Card Services, Travel, Fleet, HR relocation and recruitment, Finance, Facilities and other Indirect programs. The Contract Lead, Corporate (Indirect) is responsible for effective management & execution of all ad-hoc indirect procurement requests, while maintaining high level of service to the stakeholders.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupports Delek’s corporate operations to manage spend, reduce risk and create a competitive advantage by optimizing total cost of ownership. Builds credibility with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adoption of center-led sourcing and procurement initiatives. Ensures collaborative interaction to understand operational needs, while providing effective and efficient support to the overall business.Establish and execute onannual goals and objectives, including business improvement goals and stretch goals that enable the organization to leverage indirect expenditures and minimize transactional costs.Contribute to the Supply Chain annual delivery plan, in coordination with corporate objectives and overall Supply Chain goals, and in alignment with the Corporate’s annual business deliverables.Manages a portfolio of spend categories to optimize the supply base and deliver financial benefit from supply chain improvements and strategic initiatives. Constantly seeks and identifies opportunities for value creation (cost savings, cost avoidance, revenue enhancement) and risk reduction.Execution of strategic sourcing processes for assigned categories from market intelligence, business base-case and development of scope to commercial negotiation, supplier selection and contract execution.Tracks and maintains measurable performance metrics for all corporate procurement activities to include (but not limited to) spend under management, compliance to category strategies, internal order placement performance, buyer activity levels, financial (AP) performance, and Value Creation. Drives data integrity with our systems through data standardization and consistency.Drives efficiency in the P2P processes by increasing use of supplier catalogs, leverage the capabilities of SAP to reduce transactions and gain visibility to demand forecasts and spend intelligence. Promotes the use of SAP and other SC tools within Corporate and Retail.Enable continuous improvement through standardized lean practices and procedures for all key processes within the Corporate Functions, including contracting strategy, sourcing, supply risk management, contractor management and procure-to-pay. Drive procurement optimization through increased use of automation and business improvement methods, specifically the use of standardized systems and efficient processes.Ensure that all programs implemented adhere to legal, compliance, and audit requirements.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Minimum BS/BA degree in Procurement, Business or relevant field.

Masters or MBA preferred.

Minimum 10 years progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, commercial, risk or relevant area

Minimum 5 years indirect contracting and procurement, includingIT Software/Hardware, Bank Card Services, Travel, Fleet HR relocation and recruitment, Finance, Facilities and other Indirect programs.

Minimum 3 years of experience working collaboratively across various business and functional areas, including multiple geographic locations

Minimum 3 yrs. dealing with department heads, senior management and customers

SKILLS
