By shifting the conversation from cost to return and from treatment to prevention, we are committed to help people, their families, and the organizations they work for be at their best.We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to work at our Corporate office in Brentwood, TN !It’s hard to pinpoint a “typical” day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but in summary, your primary role is to welcome, greet and assist guests and visitors to the company.What You’ll Do for Us:

Ordering, stocking, and distributing general office and facility related supplies

Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments as needed

Assisting with special projects related to design and facilities related

Prepare general and facilities correspondences and customer assessments

Ensure office environment, break rooms are neat and clean

Assist with coordination of internal office moves

Responsible for maintaining office floor plans

Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, personal and business portal site(s)

Receive shipments and notify appropriate parties

Prepare shipping labels for UPS outgoing packages – as needed

Responsible for incoming / outgoing mail. Sort and distribute mail to appropriate dept. boxes

Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy – submit to Facilities

Assist with planning, organization of company events

Monitor and assist with conference room calendars, as needed

Performing miscellaneous facility related duties as assigned

Manage key card process; distribution of new hire and guest badges

Education:

High School diploma

Some college is strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in facility administration

Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to work independently and within team environment

Provides a positive and professional experience for employees and guests of Premise Health

Professional appearance and demeanor

Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of organization

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to multi-task

Self-motivated and team oriented

High degree of integrity and confidentiality and exhibits sound judgment and discretion
