Randstad is pairing with a large non-profit to add a Membership Services Assistant to their growing team! They offer a flexible schedule to accommodate a good work life balance, paid vacation, and a 401K plan This position will not offer medical insurance.Responsibilities:In this role, you will:
Oversee registration for webinars and conferences and process all documents
Prepare materials for seminars
Make updates, perform searches, and create reports of the membership database
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PMSkills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A customer service attitude
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient computer skills in MS Office and database management (specifically Mail Merge and Excel)
Professional rapport
Education:High SchoolExperience:Entry LevelQualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent
2-3 years of customer service and/or data entry experience
