Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to fill a full-time janitorial/Porter position performing general cleaning and event setups at a Private School in the Brentwood area.
Compensation:- $12per hour plus performance bonuses every 6 months, and benefits (look below for details)
- Mondays - Fridays: from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm;
- Occasionally weekend and evening work available
Basic cleaning tasks include, but not limited to: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, picking up debris from grounds, floor and carpet maintenance, washing windows, and doing laundry.
Event set-ups include, but not limited to receiving and organizing delivery of packages, moving furniture around campus, setting-up and striking events functions, moving tables and chairs
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Shows proficient English Language communications skills (writing and speaking)
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs
- Prefer one year of custodial experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Can pass TBI criminal background check required to work in educational facilities with children present.
Additional Information
