We invite you to APPLY NOW!ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Compliance will report to the Chief Compliance Officer, providing direction, guidance, and support on compliance matters to the Company. He/she will support the Compliance Officer with the implementation and oversight of the Corporate Integrity Agreement at assigned Company Centers. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Compliance Program at assigned Centers, along with assisting in formalizing and enhancing the Compliance Program by maintaining and expanding its visibility at all levels within the Company.The Director of Compliance will support the Chief Compliance Officer with the day-to-day management of the compliance program, including the following:

Implementing and overseeing compliance with the Corporate Integrity Agreement at assigned Centers.

Serving on and presenting to the Corporate Compliance Committee.

Working with Center Administrators on compliance related matters.

Managing compliance program projects and initiatives.

Monitoring compliance with HIPAA, including conducting investigations as well as training on Privacy and Security issues.

Identifying, assessing, and escalating existing and emerging compliance and regulatory risks.

Enhancing, developing, and implementing compliance education and training to clarify and reinforce compliance and ethics requirements.

Assisting in compliance audits as needed.

Investigating alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.

Promoting a culture of compliance, including personal accountability and reporting of suspected misconduct.

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience in corporate compliance in a health care setting

Certification in compliance, healthcare compliance, or healthcare privacy preferred

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to travel approximately 25%
