You will also have hands on experience managing IT projects, infrastructure, security, data center. You will be in charge of a team and manage the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies.Duties and Responsibilities: to include but not limited to the following:
Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals.
Lead Desktop Support Specialists’ operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of IT resources
Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management.
Develop and execute on IT product/service strategies and plans.
Proactively address problems across practices and functional areas of the business, maintaining a high level of communication.
Provides day-to-day administrative direction and oversight of key technology/information systems and general support activities.
Facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within and outside of the organization.
Interacts with direct reports and peers in management to interpret information and improve cross-functional processes and programs.
Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
Overseeing departmental finances, including budgeting and forecasting
Education/Experience:
BA degree in Information Technology
5 years’ experience as a leader of direct reports
5 years Vender management
5 years Contract Negotiation
Analytical mindset to develop and utilize reliable metrics.
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
Office365
Active Directory
Any Electronic Medical Records Experience (Sigmund Aura specifically is a plus)
Windows Powershell Scripting Experience
VMware vSphere
Salesforce CRM
Nutanix Server Infrastructure
AVAYA IP Office Phone System / Understanding of SIP trunking
Experience working with contact center solutions (Five9 specifically is a plus)
Asset Management / Patch Management / Endpoint Management (IVANI/LANdesk specifically is a plus)
Palo Alto Firewalls
Cisco switches and routers
Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting wireless access points
