- Support small to large scale rollouts or other deployments for both hardware and software-based initiatives.
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise during deployments.
- Keep abreast of industry's best practices and technology trends to lead the with endpoint solutions.
- Linux Administration, Ubuntu preferred
- System Admin experience, particularly in supporting, updating and managing endpoint devices
- Dell Wyse Management Suite
- iGel experience
- Ability to automate common procedures and continuously look for and execute on opportunities to improve services and teammate experiences
- Create and maintain documentation to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Configuration Documentation, Policy Documentation, Knowledge Based Articles and Training Documentation

- Tier 3 and 4 Support in an Enterprise Desktop Environment preferred
