Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to others on team
May oversee work activities of others
Adapts departmental work plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges and needs for Clients with HCBS waivers
Assists in determining or forecasting planning expansion activities
Works with State Health Plans to determine program integrity needs for waiver services and tailors algorithms to meet those needs
Conduct current state analysis to gather current business, functional and non-functional requirements and constraints
Assist in defining and executing HCBS expansion opportunities for State Clients
Collaborate with analytic partners to define data components for state specific algorithms

Associate’s Degree
4+ years of health care experience
2+ years of experience with Home and Community Based Services
Knowledge of Federal and State Regulations and Rules related to Medicaid
Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel
PreferredQualifications
Experience with health insurance billing/coding
Experience working in a FWA / SIU or Fraud investigations role
Experience working with Windows PC software - Microsoft Office: Excel - (Creating/Managing spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables), Word – (Creating / Managing documents)
Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills required
Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
