Senior Investigator Payments Coordinator Are you a super administrator looking to move into a role with more financial exposure?Do you love working with different teams internationally?ICON plc, a leading Contract Research Organisation, employing approximately 14,500 employees across 97 offices in 38 countries, seeks an expert and highly motivated Investigator Payments Coordinator to join the IPG Department at its Leopardstown Global HQ. The RoleAs Senior Investigator Payments Coordinator, you will partner with clinical trial teams making sure that all payments are handled efficiently for a wide variety of clinical studies based globally. You will also be responsible for the assessment of contracts between ICON, our sponsors and our investigator network to ensure all payments are made correctly and on time.Reporting to a supervisor, you will join a fantastic and friendly team of 6.Responsibilities will include:

You will support the team with set up and maintenance of ICON’s investigators payments as appropriate.

Collaborating with clinical staff in executing accurate, timely and efficient investigator payments in accordance with investigator contract Clients

Hosting training sessions/ meetings relating to IPG processes and procedures.

To raise payment issues/delays appropriately

You will review payments in line with site contracts and visit data to ensure sites are paid in a timely accurate and efficient manner and call out delays/ issues appropriately.

Collaborating with all other ICON departments such as Clinical, PTS, IT, Finance, legal and contracts to ensure payment queries are fixed.

You will handle the review of all site contracts and accurately set up the proposed payees and budget schedule.

Review contracts in coordination with the other members of the set-up team to ensure that the contract specific budget schedule and terms can be facilitated via the IPG system.

Represent the Investigator Payments Group (IPG) systems set-up meetings to ensure content of meeting is consistent with capacity and capability of IPG and in line with ICON processes and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Leaving Certificate.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.

Super attention to detail with great organisational skills.

Comfortable with using Microsoft Excel.

If you have experience with Oracle financials that would be great however not essential as the team will provide full training.
