The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.Position Summary:In-house attorney working as corporate generalist supporting Corporate Secretary andcorporate andsecurities functions. This individual should have general transactional experience with experience in corporate and securities matters preferred, but not required. This individual will be exposed to many substantive legal areas such as securities, investor relations, finance, entity/subsidiary governance and transactions.This position will report to Assistant General Counsel, Corporate & Securities and will work in close collaboration withtheAssistant General Counsel and other Legal Department team members.This individual should enjoy a high pace environment and should be able to work both autonomously or within teams.Job Responsibilities:

Work directly with Assistant General Counsel on corporate secretary matters, such as Board meeting preparation, drafting of minutes and other Board related matters, and securities filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Section 16, etc.)

Work directly with Assistant General Counsel and Legal Department team members to provide legal analysis, documentation, advice and support to corporate and finance functions, as well as certain compensation functions

Work with business and functional team members as needed to draft and negotiate agreements with third party vendors and commercial trading partners

Participate in the development and modification of practices, policies and procedures to conform with business and legal requirements

Work to enhance Delek’s ability to execute its business strategies and initiatives

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:The Corporate Counsel must possess and/or have demonstrated the following:

Strong academic record and JD degree from accredited USA law school

Current state bar membership in good standing

One year or more of corporate law experience preferred

Commitment to the highest of ethical and performance standards

Good judgment and instincts and a positive, team-first attitude

Advanced communication skills, and ability to understand, interpret and convey business, technical, legal and financial information to others

Attention to detail

Strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in processes and performance

Well-developed skills in the use of technology including the entire Microsoft suite of offerings including Office 365, Outlook, Word and Excel

Desired Qualifications:The following would enhance the performance of the Corporate Counsel:

Exposure to securities law

Exposure to oil and gas or energy sector

Working understanding of financial statements and key accounting concepts

Additional experience in a variety of corporate law areas

Mix of law firm and in-house experience
