Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.Role Summary:This role will reside in the Corporate Accounts Payable group, in Brentwood, TN, reporting to the Accounting Operations leader, and is responsible for integrity of the vendor master data in SAP and across the company’s systems landscape. The Vendor Master Data Analyst supports the daily maintenance and execution of vendor master elements across the company within agreed upon service levels. Through collaboration with business partners, the position actively engages and works with cross-functional teams for business process reviews and all vendor master data related continuous improvement projects.Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Acquire and maintain knowledge of Delek US Holdings’ business activities.

Review and execute changes to vendor master data and ensure data quality aligns to agreed upon standards, operating procedures and policies within multiple systems.

Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve vendor master data errors or exceptions and assist the Accounts Payable team members or business partners with related vendor master data issues raised.

Proactively cleanse vendor master data to block inactive records, blocking duplicate information, enrich data characteristics, and establish business partner relationships.

Responsible for creating and enforcing rules and guidelines that maintains a high quality, compliant, and best-in-class vendor master file, as well as ensuring compliance with OFAC and TIN validation.

Support the maintenance of vendor master data policy documents and standard operating procedures.

Maintain data integrity and assist in training business users in vendor data management policies.

Prepare and maintain work instructions and training aids to train business partners to be effective with the creation and changes to vendor master data.

Support and facilitate requirements gathering and process redesign workshops as needed to define and document new requirements based on business need.

Write and maintain functional design specifications for various vendor master data lifecycle scenarios (create, update, extend, block, unblock, mark for deletion, etc.) based on business need.

Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and scorecards for various vendor master data elements and monitor compliance with master data governance policies, procedures and workflows.

Perform other duties as assigned.

SAP experience preferred.

Experience in the energy industry a plus.

Desired Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or Information Technology.

Experience in relative field/role (vendor master data creation and maintenance).
