The Member Engagement Operations Specialist is a key role that works closely with internal and external team members and vendors to facilitate the development and execution of strategies for scalable enterprise level engagement solutions to drive increase use of Premise Health onsite and nearsite health & wellness centers, pharmacies and fitness centers.Reporting to the Creative Manager, this role is highly operational with responsibility for information gathering, process development, department platforms, reporting, budgeting and resource management requires to execute strategic team engagement.What You’ll Do for Us:

Support member engagement director in investigation and execution of new solutions, vendors and platforms to drive member engagement

Provide leadership and work directly on projects as group or department needs dictate

Strategize, manage and execute strategic team engagement objectives including the preparation of presentation materials, communications plans and reporting

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects

Own online self-serve marketing platform and relationship with vendor for platform development, modifications, training, asset inventory and billing.

Maintain departmental SharePoint intranet updates along with electronic file organization on shared network drive

Manage resource and reporting tools and own the relationship with corresponding vendor or internal team

Develop dashboards and reports for expenses, KPI’s, work efforts and ad-hoc projects

Review and approve all invoices, POs, etc and maintain department spend for vendors, platforms, programs, etc. and manage one common report

Develop, and ensure departmental operating processes are followed

Serve as interdepartmental liaison for other organizational needs (i.e.IT, HR, etc.)

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects

Schedule team meeting and events

Help strengthen intake process, resource plan and approach, workflow management and project status tracking to increase efficiencies

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field strongly preferred

Experience:

4+ years’ experience as part of a corporate marketing team

Microsoft Office experience required with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience with ServiceNow and Workfront a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to work as part of a team and to direct others

Ability to work on multiple projects, condensed timelines with shifting and competing priorities

Track record of developing and managing multiple unrelated workstream programs simultaneously

A “can do” attitude that helps troubleshoot until the task is complete

Expertise in creative and digital production, understanding of the creative process and resourcing plans

Proven experience developing and implementing workflow and process efficiencies

Professional-level written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

Exceptional organizational and time management skills are crucial
