The Process Manager serves as the first point of contact for any process escalation and will plan and manage support for the required tools and process. This position will manage the day to day execution of the process. This position will monitor, understand, and articulate KPI reports. The Process Manager is considered an expert on the process he/she is managing and will guide process practitioners appropriately. This position reports to the Director of Process Management.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Possesses a thorough understanding of CSFs (Critical Success Factors) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Performs trend analysis on the process
Accurately and effectively manages work assigned
Evaluates the effectiveness of key processes and identifies opportunities for improvement
Updates and document key policies, processes, and procedures
Facilitates meetings on process activities
Establishes and maintains relationships with members of other key processes ensuring successful integration and best practices are adopted
Presents process-related data to peers and members of senior leadership
Understands internal IT customer business model, major objectives, projects, challenges, current issues and industry trends
Develops solutions to gaps in the process and validates those improvements
Communicates changes and may provide training to impacted groups/individuals
Produces ad-hoc reports quickly and efficiently in order to analyze an issue
Maintains inventory of process records and their current progress and status
Knows what resources are needed in order to resolve issues
Works with individuals and their leadership to ensure that deadlines within the Process lifecycle are met
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BS degree in related field preferred, related certifications, or relevant related experience
3-5 years of demonstrated IT experience
Understanding of Statistical Concepts
ITIL Foundations + one Intermediate Certification Required
Consistently achieves an "Excellent" rating on PRC Audits
