- Interact with business and IT teams to gather functional requirements.
- Working with business users and technical staff to gather data integration and data movement requirements.
- Assist in requirements gathering and project leadership; drive the analysis, design, and development of solution
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to deploy the business solution; plan for testing to ensure that the recommended solution meets business needs and work closely with IT management team.
- Be held accountable for documented requirements and functional specifications in hybrid Waterfall and Agile format
- Facilitate application design sessions and work with the development teams during the development phase.
- Coordinate with QA and ensure successful User Acceptance Testing
- Assist with system implementation and rollout
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or other relevant degree
- Looking for a BA who has strong Data experience
- Previously experience serving as a Data Analysis is a plus
- Strong documentation of Business Requirements and Functional Requirements experience
- The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce and workflow design
- Must have strong data mapping skills
- Skilled in writing detailed requirements from a Feature level
- Solid understanding the UI and the functionality aspects
- Needs to be familiar with, adhere to, and enforce software development life cycle practices
- Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing
- Healthcare industry experience is STRONGLY preferred or experience working in another type of highly regulated environment
- Looking for someone who prefers and has a lot of experience working with the Waterfall methodology
- Strong attention to detail and follow up with the ability to work quickly and independently
- Good time management skills
- Visio experience is a highly preferred as this team uses Visio a lot
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment where changes can occur often and quickly
