Beacon Hill Technologies in Nashville, TN is currently seeking a Scrum Master for our client here in the middle Tennessee area. This person will be joining a talented PMO and will be responsible for supporting a new product team that our client is creating to support specific areas of their proprietary applications. Our client is seeking an individual that has both traditional Project Management experience and Scrum Master experience as this product team is still operating with some waterfall methodology tendencies. This person must have experience managing projects that are SDLC focused and have a knowledge base on who data is managed within an organization.

Required Skills

  • 5 or more years of experience as a Project Manager
  • 3 or more years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience managing SDLC and Data focused application projects within enterprise environments
  • Ability to interface with all levels of an environment and be able to present to stakeholders up to the C-Level
  • Experience utilizing JIRA as a project management tool
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Ability to manager financials within a project and report on those financials to steering committees
  • CSM certification or equivalent work experience
