lMicros - Customer Engagement

lStrong functional / technical knowledge of retail domain and integration point of POS with other Oracle modules.

lOracle Retail Xstore POS implementation / development experience

lStrong hands on experience in planning, testing and executing upgrades and patches.

l

lExtensive knowledge of retail POS processes, including customer facing (sales & returns management, promotions & pricing, loyalty, etc.) and back-office (cash management, opening & closing, TLOG processing).

lExperience working in enterprise development team environment, familiar with Eclipse, configuration management, and defect tracking tools.

lAbility to work closely with customer to understand requirements, timelines and deliverables.

lAbility to coordinate with offshore team on regular basis to for tasks assignments and status tracking.

lAbility to estimate, plan, assign and track tasks to closure.

lAbility to call out technical risks impacting deliverables.

lProven hands-on Java application development experience.

lSolid SQL development skills.

lExcellent interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to effectively convey complicated technical information to diverse audiences.

lExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to propose and evaluate technical solution alternatives, assessing the pros and cons of each approach.
