Overview
Our direct client of more than 20 years is a prestigious Federal Integrator who provides a pioneering vision to the Federal Government through bold ideas and outcomes by accelerating digital process automation. They have a contract opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Architect to support a Federal Agency located in Washington, DC. In this role, you will be responsible for current state analysis, and provide recommendations for implementing Governance, Organizational Change Management, and process efficiencies/improvements to define a ServiceNow Center of Excellence for technical and strategic implementation. The work is REMOTE, but the client desires candidates in close proximity to Washington, DC. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Holders and be able to pass the client's background requirements. Responsibilities- Lead current state assessments and identify high level customer requirements
- Define the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities
- Develop business case to achieve the vision
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of ServiceNow Business Analyst experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Holders and be able to pass the client's background requirements
