Role: Data Conversion LeadLocation: Chattanooga, TN (Onsite or someone nearby who can travel to client location two weeks in a month)Duration: Long TermOracle Data Conversion lead who has Oracle SaaS migration experience especially in SCM modules.
Technical Skills:- Oracle EBS
- SQL server
- Power BI
- Azure & Azure Data Factory (Good to have)
- Work with business functional teams of client and define the long-range data migration strategy
- Be able to define the Cutover migration strategy from business perspective
- Identify the gaps in the current Data preparation activities and leverage best practices in Data extraction, Validation, Cleansing across tracks.
- Collaborate with cross functional leads within the client & Sunera teams to bring up the quality & success rate of data getting into Oracle
- Collaborate with extended implementation teams as a single POC from data migration perspective and define goals and action items for the teams supporting the track
- Be able to clearly high light the issues and risks from data perspective for the readiness of milestones and propose mitigation plans to client management
