Description Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire possibilityOnsite only, no remote option for this position.Large administrative services company seeks experienced Human Resource Generalist Benefits & Employee Relations to join their growing and evolving team.Job Duties will include:Coordinates benefits open enrollment for multiple companies
Advise employees regarding benefits and leave programs
Assists with special projects as needed
Assists in the planning, development and processes of HR programs to better serve as company rapidly grows and evolves
Communicates with service providers for benefit/insurance plans
Processes all benefit changes, compensation changes, etc. within HRIS system
Process benefit paperwork such as Cobra, insurance enrollment, etc.
Assists with the HR Team as needed
Requirements:2+ years experience as an HR Generalist or Benefits Specialist
Degree Preferred, not required
Intermediate level MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to multi task
Desire to work with and communicate with people
