In this position, you would be responsible for filing, inputting data into the system. Must be flexible and adapt to change quickly as well as have the ability to multi task.Requirements:Proficiency with MS ExcelData Entry 8,000+ keystrokes per hourAttention to detailThis is a great stable opportunity to work in a small group setting. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday and the dress code is nice casual. This is a position where there will be very little phone work required, more data entry and email communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adeptness in Export Shipments
Numeric 8,001 - 10,000 KPH experience highly desired
Strong familiarity with Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph
Microsoft Word experience
Filing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Interviewing experience desired
Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
