Perform receiving inspection and fill out reports for all incoming raw materials.
Assist Development Engineer during new product launches.
Communicate with customers to ensure all products meet their quality standards.
Sit in biweekly video meetings with customers and Development Engineer to address progress of new launches.
Build PPAP documentation for new products: Dimensional and Capability Reports, Process Flow Charts, FMEA, Control Plans, DVP&R, Calibration Records, Packaging Specs, and Checking Aids. As well as assemble PPAP Binders to ship to customers.
Assist Supervisor in setting up tooling for each job as required and ensure products coming off meet specifications.
