Title: SOA IIB Service Developer
Mandatory skills: IBM DataPower, IBM Integration Bus, IIB, IBM WebSphere MQ,Service Oriented Architecture, SOA, message transformation techniques,web services, SOAP, ReSTful, REST Services,File to File, File to Database, Database to File, File to IDOC, IDOC to File,Agile, Scrum,application development, software development Description: Qualifications:• Experience in developing web services on IBM middleware technologies used in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) such as:o IBM DataPowero IBM Integration Bus (IIB) v10o IBM WebSphere MQ• Strong working knowledge of IBM Integration Bus (IIB) in development, testing, and troubleshooting web services• Demonstrated experience in creating IIB message flows for File to File, File to Database, Database to File, File to IDOC, and IDOC to File• Strong understanding of SOAP and ReSTful web service protocols and there use with IIB web services• Experience in message transformation techniques• Knowledge of information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology and standards• Working understanding of the following software development methodologies: Agile and ScrumResponsibilities:- Development enhancement of IIB workflows - primarily orchestrating underlying SOAP and REST Services- Participating in an Agile (Scrum and Scaled Agile) cycle with both onshore and offshore team members- Troubleshooting incidents with IIB consumers (some after hours work will be required)- Attend project meetings as requested- Participate in routine deployment cycles (including submission of change tickets)- Coordinate Middleware and Information Security requests as needed- Assist with design and estimates as requestedComments/Special Instructionsthe focus will be primarily on IIB Development and supportNote :All applicants will be advised that client, as a federal contractor, may be required to implement a COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
