POSITION STILL OPEN-Looking for an experienced large property groundskeeper. Prefer you have your own equipment. 8 acres of park-like grounds on the estate to include (but not limited to) mowing, weeding, edging, tree trimming, power washing, planting, pond maintenance, hedge trimming, blowing, stick and branch pickup and removal, fountain maintenance, handyman, etc
Must be able to operate our 60” John Deere riding mower.
Possibility for additional specialty/handyman jobs on contract for additional income.
The job is 20 hours a week (more or less) depending on the weather.
Must be dependable with own transportation and good attitude.
