Description
The Systems Administrator is part of a dedicated team that supports our Chattanooga, TN manufacturing facility along with remote offices spread across the world. The Systems Administrator role is the first line of support for all helpdesk requests. This position troubleshoots and resolves network and system issues, employee computer problems/questions/ issues, manages the help desk ticketing system, performs regular system maintenance, and participates in the management of various new IT initiatives to move the company forward. With the wide range of technologies within the company, the successful candidate will have to have the ability to manage multiple tickets and projects and be able to prioritize appropriately.
