Overview
Our direct client of more than 20 years is a prestigious Federal Integrator who provides a pioneering vision to the Federal Government through bold ideas and outcomes by accelerating digital process automation. They have a contract opportunity for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to work REMOTE supporting a Federal Agency located in Washington, DC. In this role, you will be part of a team implementing ServiceNow to replace an existing BMC Remedy ITSM solution for a large federal agency. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders and be able to pass the client's background requirements. Responsibilities- Implementation and configuration of multiple ServiceNow applications and modules to include Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Outage, Knowledge, Security Incident Management, and Service Catalog
- Application development including configuration, report development and data migration
- Perform custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations
- Conduct unit-testing and defect resolution, and perform migration of the changes to production
- Assist with technical design and documentation and collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience with JavaScript coding/development skills in ServiceNow environments
- Understanding of JavaScript
- ServiceNow System Admin Certification (or higher)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
