Byrd Surveying, Inc . is a mid-size land surveying firm located in Tennessee, offering professional surveying services in the middle Tennessee area. We are seeking enthusiastic, aggressive candidates for our office AutoCAD Technician position at our Clarksville location. The successful candidate must be motivated by personal interest and pride in the work they do. The position will be a responsible part of our AUTOCAD team to produce surveying drawings. Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD and Carlson Survey is required. Land Surveying and Home Building Drafting of plot plans and plats experience is required. Only Experience personnel please apply.
An absolute requirement for the successful candidate will be the possession of a two or four-year degree and certification in computer-assisted drafting or degree in computer science/IT related studies from a college, university or technical school with AutoCAD drafting to produce Plot plans, Plats, ATLA/NSPS surveys, As-Built surveys and Topographic surveys. THIS DEGREE AND ONE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AUTOCAD DRAWING FOR PRODUCTION OF PLOT PLANS AND SUBDIVISION PLATS IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. Please Note: This position requires a degree from a college, university or technical school with at least a two-year degree with a certification as a qualified CAD Technician and at least one year of experience in AutoCAD drafting and drawing with the use of Carlson Survey or land surveying drawing software.
