Pro N Stall is currently looking to hire HVAC Service Technicians/Installers.
Pro N Stall plumbing, heating, cooling has been serving the Nashville, Tn and surrounding areas for 23 years. Positions to be filled include:
HVAC Technicians/HVAC Installers
Applicant must be able to work independently as an HVAC service technician conducting tune-ups and service calls with the proper knowledge as well as have the skills to work with a partner on HVAC unit replacements and installations. (If you also have plumbing skills, this will be highly beneficial.)
Requirements for Consideration:
Flexible scheduling capabilities
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
MUST have a valid drivers' license
References (at least 2 professional and 2 character references)
At least 3-5 years experience and skilled trade
Must be able to pass a drug test initially and randomly after hire
Incentives/Benefits:
5 Star review bonuses ($25 for every seven qualified five star review's left listing technician's name)
Paychecks are received every Friday
Company paid skill/trade training to include certifications
Monetary raises and promotions made available after first 6 month review is conducted
Company vehicle, gas card and cell phone provided as position requires.
