Looking for Experienced Property Preservation Crews – Must be Experienced to do standard preservation duties/tasks and be detail oriented when reporting results in reports, photos, bids, etc. Must have the knowledge to Prepare/Put property in Convey Condition
REQUIREMENTS –
- Criminal background check - Approved Aspen Background- Either have or willing to get
-Approved Insurance - General Liability and Errors/Omission insurance. Policies must be written a certain way to meet company standards.
- Workers Comp Insurance or exemption is required
-HUD keys, HUD lock sets, and alpha/numeric lock boxes
- Truck and Trailer - Generator, Smart Phone(A Must-to download apps), ladder, Mower and trimming equipment, Compressor, General tools to complete repairs(Drills, Hammers, etc.)
MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWONG AS WORK ORDERS MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Lock Changes
Winterization
Grass Cuts, Tree/Shrub Trimming
Evictions
Roof- Tarping, Taring, Shingle Replacement, Patches
Trash Outs - Removing. Relocating, and storing Debris
Boarding
Fence-Repair and Replace
Maid Services
Minor Remodel Repairs
