We are looking to employ a Residential and Commercial Cleaning Tech with knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning procedures and construction cleanup. Residential and Commercial Cleaning Techs are expected to have fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will display natural leadership and possess excellent communication skills with a great eye for detail.
To ensure success, a Preventative Maintenance Technician should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of residential cleaning, commercial cleaning and construction cleanup after properties have been renovated. Top candidates will also knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
Regular cleaning sites
-Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning
ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
-Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
-Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc in
restrooms, break rooms and/or kitchenettes
-Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen
-Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners
-Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
-Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
-Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
-Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
Maintenance Work orders
-Be available to support regular maintenance team as needed for after work order cleaning.
-Renovation Support
-Be available to provide construction and after renovation cleaning for commercial and residential properties.
-Clean and organize units to make ready for rental.
