A Property Management company is seeking a part-time Site Maintenance Employee for its property managed in Smithville, TN. The successful candidate will be responsible for 24 hour maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of the property assigned. Candidate must have good communication skills, must perform routine duties independently with minimal direction or supervision, and must be able to perform all the duties of the job unaided in a nontraditional office environment. Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. HVAC certification is a plus, but is not required. Benefits include health/dental/life insurance, 401K, & paid vacation.
