DescriptionAre you looking for work that requires experience working in exports and logistics? There is a great International Execution Coordinator opportunity through OfficeTeam located in Cordova, TN. This position is defined by coordinating with vendors, arranging shipments, and processing customer orders. The other main part of this role is performing a heavy amount of data entry and customer service functions. This is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity.The overall purpose and objective of this position is to ensure timely issuance of letters of credit and shipping instructions from buyers and agents
Prepare, compile, review, and send out export documentation sets, including invoices and other appropriate documents as required by the shipping instructions.
Execute letters of Credit and/or country standards within a set time frame and upload all Letters of Credit or Shipping Instruction data, external documents, negotiation and collection comments, and key dates into front office system for quick reference, proper analysis, and KPI reporting.
Requirements:MUST have 1 to 3 years of export document preparation with international trading company and/or negotiation of Letters of Credit within commercial banking environment.MUST be willing to work overtimeAgricultural commodities experience will be an added advantageExcellent knowledge of current banking & trade practices, UCP 600 and Incoterms 2010.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to successfully interpret and exchange informationAbility to successfully review technical contractual documents and identify best practices.Intermediate level experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe AcrobatKnowledge/Skills/Abilities (including any physical demands) CDCS from IFSA London will be an added advantage.Requirements
Means to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
2+ years' experience with shipping/logistics

Excellent data entry skills
Knowledge of export - import documents
Experience with banking letters of credit
Letters of credit experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of logistics
